National Civic Education Programme (NCEP) phase 1 – Kenya
Provided technical assistance for NCEP I in the areas of programme planning, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building for CSOs, managing the grant making process and materials development. The programme was implemented by over 70 CSOs organised under 4 consortia. The programme covered over 80% of the country and directly reached about 5 million adults.
