Review of the Royal Netherlands Embassy governance programme strategic plan
South was contracted by the RNE to assess how the governance programme can be better linked to the overall RNE development assistance programme for Kenya and evaluate the extent to which the activities supported by the programme achieve the relevant aspects of the multi-annual strategic plan. The purpose of the evaluation was to strengthen the coherence, efficiency and effectiveness of the programme including the management structure and systems.
