Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the PSC Framework Agreement for the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Region, signed in February 2013, by the governments of the Great Lakes region and the international community collectively committed to ending the enduring conflicts in Eastern DRC once and for all. Developed an Action Plan Monitoring Matrix, Regional Commitment Monitoring Matrix and a Narrative Report of the overall commitments and benchmarks.
