Civic/Voter Education Programme – Zambia
South provided technical advice to ECZ on the provision of voter education in support of the just completed tripartite elections in Zambia.
South Consulting was contracted by a consortium of donors in Uganda to manage the Uganda National Civic Education Programme in support of the Uganda’s general elections by designing the themes, narratives, manuals, posters and charts used by community-based facilitators.
South conducted a review of the management arrangements for NCEP, with recommendations for improvement and a revised implementation time-table.
South designed and managed the implementation and monitoring of a nation-wide civic education programme, targeting all potential voters in the 2005 referendum, with non-partisan content-based education.
South Consulting was contracted by UNDP-Kenya to develop content for civic education and manage the grant for civic education for the constitutional referendum in Kenya.
