Carried out research and Political Economy Analysis for Kenya Elections
Partnered with IFES and NDI to strengthen Kenya’s 2022 general elections
A research to identify and document best practices, barriers and challenges in implementation of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) programmes.
Contracted to undertake long term research and monitoring of key dynamics shaping the 2017 general elections.
South was contracted to reconstruct baseline data, review and complete the programme’s Logical Framework, and develop a Monitoring & Evaluation plan.
Developed an Action Plan Monitoring Matrix, Regional Commitment Monitoring Matrix and a Narrative Report of the overall commitments and benchmarks.
Supported the Kenya Judiciary to develop monitoring and evaluation framework, establish the baseline and performance monitoring of the on-going Judiciary Transformation.
Carrying out an independent compliance verification of the selection of projects funded under the Multi-Country AIDS Programme funded by World Bank, DFID and GoK.
