Development of the Uraia Strategic Framework 2021-2025
South Consulting was contracted by Uraia Trust to assist in the development of its Strategic Framework for the next five years 2021-2025. The assignment involved undertaking a situational analysis of the country including the changing context and role of Uraia in the same order to determine Uraia’s relevance and comparative advantage.
