Ministry of Health Global Fund to fight AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis Programme
South developed the monitoring and evaluation framework and system for the programme. The work involved reviewing the current M&E sub systems in existence within the Ministry of Health and the civil society organisations and developing a comprehensive framework that utilises existing systems.
