We work across Early Childhood Development (ECD), inclusive and disability-responsive education, youth skills development, strengthening education systems, support school-to-work transitions, and expand equitable and inclusive opportunities for children and young people.
Evidence shows that early learning, inclusive education, and relevant skills development are among the strongest predictors of lifelong outcomes in health, income, and social participation. Gaps that emerge in early childhood—particularly for children with disabilities and those facing structural exclusion—compound over time, limiting successful school-to-work transitions and economic opportunity. By strengthening education systems across the full learning continuum, from ECD to youth skills development, we address these inequities at their source, improve learning and employment outcomes, and build the human capital needed for inclusive and sustainable development.
